I have read a report just now,a 15-year-old girl has been tortured cruelly by her forster parents by smacking,being locked by chains and not giving food... She was an orphan without knowing anything about her own parents because she was abandoned after she was just born,and her forster parents adoped her,however,her life was getting worse with harsh beginning,her forster parents beat her up all the time for tiny things,for example,once she saw a red t-shirt in the store,she loved it,but her forster parents never buy anything for her,so she stole their money to buy the shirt and a box of biscuits,as a result,the forster parents beated her to death,she had no good skin left but scars and wounds,what's worse,she was locked by chain around her body,whatever she did,she had to wear the heavy chain...During her bitter 15 years,she never had got a pair of socks and her clothes were very dirty and shabby,noone care about her heathy situation and her feelings,her forster mother usually refused to offer her food,so the poor girl always being starve,several vegetable leaves were her meal.no chopsticks,no spoons,she ate that by filthy hands... The most indignant thing was the forster parents' attitude towards the girl,they treated her so cruel but they took it for granted,the girl's mental and physicle health have been badly damaged,because she did not know anything about love and she would probably treat her own children in same ways(that's a vicious circle),at least,she would cause the social intension.The psychologist contemplated that the girl would commit crimes at a very high rate60%-70%,and her future is really hard to design... To save the poor children... The government should take some effective measures to punish the family violence,to protest the children and women from kinds of persecution.
