way to hack adminstrator password in windows xp

guys i wanna know is there any way to hack or crack the adminstrator password in windows xp, without knowing the acual password.. wheather this can be done without loggin in to windows r not..
please post ur replies and help me up guys....

Why do you want to know this? Do you have a legitimate reason? Passwords were designed to keep you out.
