Job satisfaction or Payment ?

Suppose you have a job with which you are comfortable and there is another job which offers you higher pay ? Would you like to try a new environment or adjust with the current less yielding job ?

It depends on how much u like ur job, if its comfortable with all aspects including the salary I would definitely stay cos if i get the higher salary job without the present comforts i would have to spend to make myself at ease and that would cost me morethan the difference in the salary, but then if i am gonna get the same comforts there too y wud i hesitate to go?
