Researchers have found in a study containing over 300 people, that volunteered for the program 5 years ago.. Drugs, alcohol, and smoking can accelrate depression moods, based on the health of the individual, by substantialy slowing down emotional feelings.. But can you be a happy person , than start smoking, drinking, or taking drugs and all of sudden be overly depressed? Or is it a combination of one of the above and loss of inner self esteem, or personnal will power?

Well most of them either smoke or drink to get out of the depression..but its also said medically that smoking increases depression and tend to smoke more which is bad for health!
