I am considered strong. I know who I am and what I am good at. I speak true and do not worry about gossipmongers. I learn the rules and do my best to abide by them and expect others to do so too. Don't nag at them though, just watch them begin to fail and try to offer encouragement. Many really don't want to succeed it seems. Have to stand for you and yours so might as well be strong.
