Not pull ups, but tummy crunches. It is easy on your back. Also, all day, think about your tummy, and keep pulling it in. Congratulatins on your weight loss. What are you doing to loose weight?

You need to exercise overall and raise your metabolism. That is the key since you cannot lose weight from just one area. So walking 3 or 4 times a week will be a good beginning. Also if you can cardio exercise the metabolism will be raised for about 24 hours. Good diet and such. Good luck and happy exercising.

Belly dancing is excellent for trimming thaT GIRTH LOL and eat things like courgettes because they make you go toilet nicely and drink prune juice at least once a day. If you can get your bowels moving at least twice daily it helps to reduce the wi=eight and eliminate toxins..Qi gong is good aswell as you sweat a lot..Tummy crunches are also very good..around fifty a day to start..Good Luck1

Crunches is the only way to go. Ofcourse u can go cycling, try swimming. But crunches give quicker and better results. Dont worry it wont kill you. Dont try too hard. Start with a set of 5 crunches 3 times a day. You'll experience the initial tautness in you ab muscles. Do not stop. Keep doing it and when the tautness subsides (within a week), increase to a set of 10 crunches.
Make sure you do not do it at least an hour before and after meals.
Here's something to relieve you abdominal muscles quickly: add half a spoon of turmeric powder and some sugar in a glass of milk and have it at bedtime. Sounds weird? This is what we do in India. Its calles a 'Desi nuska' and works pretty well.
