I have a son that goes to his fathers every other weekend and this past sunday my son comes home from his fathers sicker than a dog i asked if his dad and grandma knew he was sick he said yeah that his grandma took his temp and it was 102.5 but they didnt bother to take him to the ER. Yes my son is young and still at home and his father didnt seem to bother with taking him in when my son got home he couldnt hardly walk, he was shaking and running a high temp what is your opinion on this?? I was told i could get them for neglect.

yes, you can sue your husband for neglect. Spare the grandmother, she's old and in her waning years. Your ex-husband must be that irresponsible and insensitive. He needs to be given a dose of his own medicine. Your son should be both an unconditional obligation of both mother and father. And if one doesn't do his part in times of trouble, he needs a wake-up call. He'll change his ways once he realizes he just put his son at risk for neglect.
