not at all times. some customer sometimes can really get into your nerves they demand too much and not only that they could at times discrimate the salesladies, waiters and etc. sometimes saying weird things if they dont get what thy want or when the saleslady is attending other customers and they also wanted to be attended at the same time coz if they dont they throw tantrums like kids and would even threat the salesladies of loosing their job which is actually very mean

There are certain instances that the customer must be treated accordingly because they pay for the service as well as the purchase. Based from your story- i think the customer has the right to yell at anyone for that matter- unfortunately although the waiter wasn't the one who cooked the food, i guess he was the one who was belched at because he was the immediate employee present at that time. I really don't agree with shouting at the waiters and restaurant staffs, but the customer was probably really agitated.. imagine being served spoiled food? you might even get food poisoning for that! and who's gonna pay fr your hospital bill when that happens? So i would understand his anger and i really couldnt say that he shouldn't shout at the crew because everyone has his own way of dealing with sudden anger.
However, i also believe that staffs, crews should be treated properly as they are humans too and they work to serve us better, its a two way deal.
