when will i get a star next to my name?

I think you get it after post 100 (or response - anyway - after you hit 100).

You will get astar on your name once you have posted 100 posts. The number in the star indicates the quality of your posts, 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. If you consistently get's rated by other members positively or you have been marked as the best response, the number of the star increases and vice versa.

You need to have 100 posts to get a star, and you may get a star of different rating depend on your quality of reply and whether you have rated replies from other members, also do not forget to give a best response to the replies, this may help you to maintain a good rating.

Its only 7 post that you have to make to reach the star rating.I found this star along with my user name when i reached the 100th post.its so exciting.So do your balance post and see the rating.good luck

Soon after some time if you can write osme four detailed responses from now. You need to complete your rating to 100 and refresh the page the star will appear in your crown with some number inside. move your pointer on this number and you can read the reputation percentage of yours on mylot community. Never bother these numbers or the star much just continue to work sincerely and write quality responses and start the discussion which is not a repeatation to the already existing discussions already started by others. wish you all the best.
