What do you do when you can't sleep

What do you do when you can't sleep? Do you wake up numerous times during the night? I wake up some 4 or 5 times every night, sometimes just to turn over, and sometimes to get a drink. On occassion, I will wake up, usually around 2:30 a.m., and will be pretty awake and will go watch television, play playstation, or get on the internet. Does anyone have any suggestions for staying asleep during the night?
