Should it be allowed to kick a student out of class

i am a acounting science student at UNISA (University of southern africa) you must of heard of it:) hehe well i obtain private tuition which costs a pretty penny,but my accounting lecturer insists on kicking students out of class if they havnt done their homework,now personally i think this isnt fair,even if the student is in the wrong,he/she`s parents pay alot and they are entitled to that class,and secong\dly especially in accounting even by just sitting in the class listneing to the lecturer explain work,you still pick up a few things, so who do you think is in the wrong???the lecturer or the student who doesnt do their homework???
