where can i find a tomato/potato plant?

it's one plant and grown at both ends. i seen it once in a magazine

After you make you your combination is safe you can take a cutting from a tomato plant. Next bore a hole in the potato about the same size as the cutting & put the cutting in the hole. But make sure it is safe.
