i work with these people all the time in prison. Although any normal persons instinct is to want to hurt them, in reality it does no good at all. They are generally speaking suverely mentally ill and i do worry about the effevacy of torturing the mentally ill, dont you?

I wouldn't personally, however, I wouldn't abject if the state decide to do so.
