You are getting pad for messaging, not the othere way, messaging for getting the payment.. Also, If you make referrals, they will also earn, from them you will earn.. it is a team effort.. see example if you make 100 referral, and earning $1 per day, so $100 perday, you get 25$ a day for 30 day 750$..

first of all u hav computer at homee or not...if not how he can take net connections.....first buy one computer and take sify or anyother net connection u like.i m using sify broadband conn.
