yup i can definately help you out, there are many websites like getafreelancer.com project4hire.com & many more. well just tell me what kind of projects u r intrested in ? so that if i find one can definately forward it to you as soon as possible. Well i am a XHTML, CSS guy, never worked on many websites but confident enough to take a big project. Well be in touch. Bye.

There is a site called sologig.com. It's a place where you can offer your services as a freelancer. It is a spinoff of careerbuilder.com. I have encountered this site before and it seems to fit your criteria. I guess, there is no harm checking it out. Go luck to your freelancing career.
