What is the BEST BEER IN THE WORLD?

In you opinion, what brand of beer do you consider as the BEST BEER IN THE WORLD? Will your choice be based on what country the beer is produced or based on the taste? For me, the best beer in the world is San Miguel Beer (because im from the Philippines), followed by Corona, then Heineken!
