Trying not to worry is a good one and I practice tai ji..which has really helped with the back trouble I was having after my accident..and when I do get stressy tai ji really calms me down..because I am naturally a restless type so just sitting doing nothing doesn't relax me but a moving meditation like tai ji really works for me..

I never belived in health supplement, I thought I was physically healthy. NO! the problems were working inside without my knowledge, untill I was hit by a mild stroke and then more problems were revealed.
I now know the tremendes need for health supplements.

hi friend, there is a tremendous amount of conflicting and mis-leading information regarding health and disease.it is very rare that a single magic pill will make u healthy.you have to discipline your life, its a process.one thing i should mention right off the bat is that u must transcend conventional ways of thinking. if u need better results u need to expand your thinking.you must be innovative and alternative. educate yourself and become your own second opinion.reclaim personal responsibility fofr yourt own health and make it a priority.take charge and make changes .if you like to maximize you health and energy level or if u r looking for the most up to date and innovative ideas and ways to improve your health, restore healthy weight or recover from poor health.then i'll believe you will find this to be most beneficial thing.
try to be happy, and happiness is in the mind.and mind is supported by by the body.a healthy mind is in a healthy body.without physical health you cannot be happy.health is a positive state ; not the absense of negative one.
try doing yoga, its practice makes a person fit.yoga means to Unify.its a holistic approach to all aspects of life.
