Using panparakks is not good to the health. But we can see specially in Asian countries usage of this item is very common from old to young people. Some countries have banned this item from usage. While taking to the people who use this frequently say that they dont get appetite because of chewing this. They say they cannot stop taking.these people not only spoil their life they split all over the places used by public not realising the smell that will effect the people around.cant we help these people to overcome this maniac?

I don't eat panparag as it appears to be the most uglr habbit anybody can have . Chewing like cow and then spoiling all walls .I hate people who eat panparag and there is an easy way to leave eating panparag opt for chewing gums slowly and gradually they will eanable you to get rid on panparag.
