I am not violent when i am angry, i don't even take it out on anyone i just keep it to myself, you'd only notice that i am mad or upset about something when i frown most of the time and i don't even smile. I really try very hard not to say anything when i am angry because i know that after i cooled off i'd regret it.

If I have not had enough sleep, and I am extra stressed, I do get angry easily. I do not remember my angriest moment as such. I usually just stomp around, say mean things to my loved ones, and then eventually cry, and then I feel better. I think my angry feelings often have something to do with not eating healthy and not resting.

I'm angry right now!! I have 3 different doctors who have screwed up billing my insurance company, and one of them I have been battling for almost a year. It is SOOOO frustrating! And of course, I can't call the doc today to try adn work it out because they don't work on FRIDAYS!! and she usually only works half days on the days she does go into the office. Grrr...

That would be very frustrating to have to go through cassidy22.
As for me, I do have a short temper and sometimes I do go overboard and yell my head off, and other times I just go quiet and clean like mad or take a long brisk walk to cool down. I have a very patient husband who sometimes manages to calm me down quickly (most of the time) - he has a very quiet tone and rarely ever gets angry or raises his voice. Sometimes that makes me even more angrier LOL

I don't get angry easily , and I fear my anger.Although,I am still in control when angry ,I don't like it because blasting a friend might result in losing him/her which I don't like at all.Hmmm I don't remember my angriest moment ,but offhand I remember when a friend of mine was talking disrespectfully about a very close friend of mine who is like my sister.I had asked him to stop doing it several times ,but it had no effect of him.Lastly,I told him that if you do it again ,I am going to beat you up.I know it won't be right on my part and I may repent later, but I won't be able to hold myself back if you do it again. That made him stop.By no means was it my angriest moment ,but one where I had a controlled anger.

I am 1.88m / 6'-2" , nearly 100kg / 200lb and very strong.
I have always had bad dreams about loosing my temper and hitting someone in anger and doing terrible damage to them. Consequently I try very hard to keep my temper and walk away from situations before they develop into a fight.
Because of my size, other people back down as well so the only time there is a problem is when people are drunk and they can easily be controlled with a minimum of force.
I did almost loose my temper with a particularly obnoxious building inspector and grabbed him and lifted him off his feet and shook him like a doll and then told him to 'go away'. I'm not proud of that moment of partial loss of control.

that's me, too. i get easily annoyed when i am tired and stressed. i think, it's understandable if we get irritated during such times. we need to relax first so patience will bring back to normal. haha!

Most people will tell you that I have an extremely LONG "fuse." I don't tend to get angry, except in extreme cases.
Probably my angriest moment happened when I discovered that the person I had hired to be manager of a business I owned for a while-- who had become a trusted friend, as well as a seeminly very capable manager-- had been slowly stealing money from the business (aka "me") over a period of several years. She'd done it so slowly, and in such small amounts here and there that it had been barely noticeable... all the while being happy, smiling and friendly with everyone. When I discovered something seemed to be "wrong," she even HELPED me try to track down the problem for several months... until one day she just DISAPPEARED, never to be heard from again... having helped herself to over 50000 US dollars.
At that point I could have pretty much spit nails and broken glass. And nothing happened, because (A) she was gone, and (B) she'd been clever enough that there really was no proof.

No I'm a very calm person. And I don't remember of a moment when I got very anger.
But my dad got very anger once because of a game of cards. Then a fight starts and my dad lost a tooth. That was a big mess of a fight.

I don't really have a temper , it takes an awful lot to get me angry , I get upset at other people treating me bad and I get angry at bad manners but I don't shout at people or swear at them , I usually cry when I am upset ( but in the privacy of my bedroom) xx

I used to get angry at the drop of a hat, literally! I would often throw things about in my anger, only to repent it later. I joined a meditation and self development course conducted by the Art of Living Foundation and have been much calmer ever since. I had discontinued the practice of the meditation techniques that they had taught, but I have restarted them as my levels of stress were increasing. Meditation makes me very calm and composed and all my friends and acquaintances tell me that the difference is very noticeable!

i get angry easily when people are too lame and don't use their common sense. I hate it.
I have many moments when i was very angry. I just attack them physically (that is when i'm angry to the highest level), i'm bad at nagging. :P So i just smack them out, haha!
