i think the quickest way to lose weight is to exercise and have a proper diet control.

One of the fastest way to lose weight will be to start smoking. This is one activity which is harmful but on the other hand, it removes calories at a phenomenal rate.
Other than smoking, you can start doing some exercise by joining a gym.

Losing weight needs a lot of discipline especially in food intake. I lost weight not because I wanted to be model thin or sexy. I just want to be healthy. Try to detoxify. When you try to flush out some toxins in your system you tend to eat the right kind of food. That means sweets, food loaded with fats, junk foods are a no-no. Since your choice are now limited to health food you surely will lose weight. LOL.

not to sound like a commercial, but I lost a lot of weight when I was working at Subway. All I ate was Subway and I lost like 20 pounds. Sad to say, I didn't work out, I still drank pop and all I had was subway sandwiches with LOADS of mayonnaise. I must point out though, I was only 19 and I'm pretty sure that age plays a big role in this, BUT you look pretty young from your picture! If you aren't big on the idea of Subway, I also did Weight Watchers a few years later (after I had quit Subway), and I lost 6 pounds the first week I did it! I followed the points system and I exercised 4-5 times a week in the morning! Just pick a routine and stick with it! I'm sure you'll see results pretty quickly!! Good luck!

in my picture i was single at that time. now that i'm married and have a daughter and have work. everytime i'm stress or i dont have any sleep i always eat... i dont know why... anyway, i'll try that... i hope that it will help me... thanks for your response...

Eat a large breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You burn the most calories after you eat breakfast, so when it comes down to dinnertime, you tend to eat less. Usually when people have weight issues, they usually do not eat breakfast or they eat a light breakfast.
Also, drink lots of water throughout the day and everyday. Make water your main beverage. Water flushes out toxins from your body,has other health benefits, makes your skin softer, as well as, making you feel fuller.
Another technique is when you go out grocery shopping, eat first before you go out so you don't buy unecessary foods. That's what happens to me when I don't eat before I go out grocery shopping. I tend to buy a lot of sweets and carbs.
When I eat a good meal before I go out, I end up buying more nutritious foods and less junk foods.
One more thing is eat 3 yogurts a day with fruits. Yogurt has a lot of calcium in it. Calcium helps burn fat, as well as, keeping your bones strong.

your right... before when i'm on a diet, i intend not to eat breakfast and dinner. i only eat lunch... and it leads me to one thing... ulcer... i'll try it... maybe it helps me lose some weight... thanks for your reply...

some says that exercise is the best way to lose weight... but in our busy life nowadays we don't have any time to spend in our family... what more than exercise... and eating a little is not good our health... i don't what to do...

do not eat too much. do more exercises every day. i recommend YOGA. it's a mild way of losing weight and keep beautiful figure.

well to lose weight u must first do not eat after 8 pm aviod chocolates some meals with lot of oil.and if u dont have a car that is nice u will walk all the time and u will never have a problem with weights.and aviod computer its dangereous for your health :)

Oh, I just remembered something. Not sure if you're a milk drinker, but that could affect weight too. So maybe switch to something like tea. Milk is 150 calories per cup. So, if you cut out four cups daily, that's a big savings. You can get all the benefits of calcium from a Tums chewable.

Last summer I lost a lot of weight when I cut out all meat. I ate just salads, and the weight dropped off really fast. Trick is to add a really good source of vegetable protein like walnuts or canned beans. I even put shredded cheese on mine. And, used that no-fat Ranch Dressing. Very yummy! Last night I used fresh, raw stir fry veggies instead of traditional lettuce. A very nice change. I like to add fruit to my salads too. One more thing. Once you lose the weight this way, it'll be so easy to put it back on if you go back to eating regular foods like pizza and junk. It's sort of a lifetime committment. Hope it works out for you.
