Oh I have too many to acutally count. Though I DID make a New Years Resolution to finish my UFOs this year. So far I have finished quite a few of them (and can share photos once I have them completely ready for showing)including the plastic canvas tissue box cover picture. How about you? What are you doing with your UFOs?

I have far too many to count!!!
Quilts-- 3 or 4 that need to be quilted and bound
Sewing-- 4 or 5 outfits that need zippers/hems/ or just simply finished.
I have a crossstitch stocking that I started in 1983 that is only about 1/2 way done. (Should just throw that one out!)
A layette set that I was crocheting for my daughter--6 years ago. Haven't even gotten it done for DD #2!!
I have many other things started, but no intention of finishing. The quilts and blankets, however are going to be done as well as the sewing projects. (can you guess what my favorite hobby is??)

Oh wow...you sound like me. I have a mint green crocheted bunting that I started when I was preggers with my oldest (who is now 15 LOL wonder if he would still want to wear it LOL) back in 91. I tried to finish it for my oldest daughter in 97 but that didn't work out. And then I thought I would finish it (just need to put it together) for my youngest daughter last year 06 but that didnt' work either. Oh well...guess I can either finish it and save it for the nostalgia or save it for a future grandchild LOL Thanks for responding. I gave you a +

Oh that reminds me of the baby blanket my mother started for my sister (1982), my step-mother's daughter btw. She started the blanket when I told her my father was having another child, put it away about 6 months later. She pulled it out again when my half-brother was born in 1986, put it away again. Pulled out when I was expecting my first in 88 and finally wrapped it up & gifted my daughter with it in 93-11 years after it was started!

I have 2 crochet projects. A blanket for my son and one for baby on its way (we named it Jordan). I have a knit project that will be a baby wrap for baby wearing (kind of like a sling for caring baby). I have several polymer clay projects that I hope made it through the move but I don't think they did. I had these great masks that I had made but the movers smashed them. The only thing that made it through safely was my polymer beads. Some day I will sell them or make jewelry out of them to sell. I don't have a craft space yet as we have only been in the house for 2 months and it is under reno.

Thank you we both really like that name for either a girl or a boy. My son was easier to decide on I set the ground rule that his middle name was to be Raymond after my Grandfather so my husband got to pick the first name with my approval. As far as crafts I am so addicted that its not funny. When we had a bigger house I had a room of my own that was so full I could hardly move.

oh a craft room would be grand. I would love to have one of those. One day, when we have our own house, I play to have one room for just me--for my computer AND my crafts. And of course a lock on the door so I can escape reality for awhile LOL

Yeah, I have finished 2 cross stitch projects this weekend and nearly done with a third. It is so bad that I finished one project that all I had to do was finish the border which took about 20 minutes. I am just so excited that I am finishing them and I am going to use them for christmas and birthday gifts.

A handful of projects I am supposed to finish but my work really gets in the way. There's an unfinished knitted handbag for my little cousin, a sweater for my younger brother (actually it didn't even look like a sweater yet, lol), and a lot more. Right now I'm in the middle of beading projects. With only one day of day off, I hope I'll be able to cover them all up.

LOL I just had to laugh...work gets in the way of crafting LOL That sounds to me like a TRUE crafter. However I know what you mean...I have my lil bag of things of I am trying to complete and it seems that every time I THINK I have time to sit down and craft, something else comes up. Thanks for your response. I gave you a +

I use to be really disaplined about not starting a new project until current ones are finished. I would allow myself to have 1-3 projects that are "current" but in different mediums. Lately though I have been trying some new things and my first grandchild was born; I seem to have developed ADD this past year! Suddenly I have a dozen UFOs, projects I am just not liking now that I have started & have no desire to wrap up. I think soon I will go through them and either frog them or finish them.

I started out with different projects in different mediums and somehow ended up with more than one in each LOL I would get frustrated and put it down thinking I would come back to it or I would misplace the current project and then start another only to find the one that was missing a few days later. I love that term 'frogging'....its not fun to to but I like the term. Thanks for responding...I gave you a +

Whew, and I thought I was the only one! Although I prefer to think of them as WIP - Works in Progress (makes me feel better about their chances of getting finished - LOL)
Polyclay-I am in the middle of a demo for a tutorial I am writing, I have 3 or 4 canes and other clay mixes laying around waiting to be projects, and a bunch of beads in varying stages of "doneness"
Bead/Wire Jewelry - a few bags of beads that have been matched up to become jewelry, not sure how I got so caught up. There's usually much more WIP than this...
Knitting - 2 sweaters, a knitted quilt that I work on the squares while in transit, 2 bath mits and a couple of cloths not sewn together (although the the mitts might get frogged anyway)
Other Crafts - since all the stuff for those are buried in 1 cedar chest - ?
Like I told my hubby - I need a week of 48 hour days and no work to even make a dent!!!

WIP---that DOES have a better sound that UNfinished LOL WOW your list resembles mine quite a bit. I have a whole bag of goodies waiting to have embelishments on them, hangers, etc plus all my others (including a plastic canvas photo album that was SUPPOSED to be for my MIL when she got married in 2001--think I am going to keep that one myself LOL) A week of 48 hour days sounds good to me...then I could craft and sleep LOL Thanks for posting...I gave you a +

I have so many unfinished businesses to do, like revising my feasibility study. My grades in school, my work. Great, its pretty amazing I still find time to log on to the internet and get to participate in this website.

That Tissue box is great! It looks like it really took a lot of effort. I'm also glad to see what I'm not the only one in the "too many to count" catagory.
I have got a sweater to finish (it's for me actually, which should be more motivating). I actually picked that up this week and am trying to make good progress towards finishing it. I've got a sleeve and a half laft to go...and then the seaming....which i think is the worst part. I'll need a lot of motivation to get that part done!
I also have knittind tote bad. It's an intarsia bag, so really detail oriented, and i just haven't been able to focus on it.
There's a necklace that broke and needs to be repaired...some earing that nees the hooks replaced....and some half made greeting cards.

what exactly do you mean by unfinished objects. I did not get the message clear you meant is it the tasks that we had taken a resolution that we will be doing on some day or is it something else. Plese tell me about it man i want to know about it. bye.

Since I am speaking of crafts (like crocheting, beading, etc), I am meaning that craft projects you have started and then put to the side for one reason or another and hope to finish.
