Have you ever been to Rome?

Well, I'm Italian and I live in Rome. I love my city, and I would like to know your opinion. Have you ever been to Rome? What do you think about?

I studied in Rome for 5-6 years and I remember it as a wonderful city but I remember also the great problem which is car traffic and public bus and metro.

Yes, you are right. Car traffic is the biggest problem of Rome. We have a very short metro, also because the underground is full of ancient ruines and it is very difficult to build new lines.

I have been there twice. I really like rome as In AMOR is where I met my husband 11 years ago. At that time it was christmas time and we got to see the pope. We went there again Valentine 2001 it was a great experience we visited all the museum and the vatican, we went for a long weekend but it was too short for us so my husband said that we have to go back there again some day...xx

i'm never been to Rome. it sounds a mystique city to me. if i have the chance in the future, i'd like to go to.
