The average recommended sleep someone should get in one night is around 8 hours, which many of us dont get. I usually get around 6 to 7.

I usually go to sleep at 1:00 or 1:30 AM and I wake up at 8:00-8:30, so I sleep about 7 hours each night. I know I should sleep at least 8 hours, but I can't do it!

Lately, about 4 to 5, but I've been under a bit of stress lately and don't sleep well when that happens. But usually around 6 to 7. More on weekends. I tend to sleep really late on weekends to make up for the lost hours during the week. Not the healthiest way to do it, I know, but it works for me.

Although I usually get around 6 hours a night, there are some times that I'll sleep for more than 10 hours!
