What is up with the road rage.

Have you ever been honked at for being nice? It was slow traffic on the main street (Broad Street) in Philadelphia. There is a spot in the street where it goes from three lanes to two lanes. I was in the middle lane at the point where people were merging. Usually the middle lane is full of people rushing to get home and it is difficult to merge over - which causes even worse traffic (another topic to discuss) - well because everyone around me was being rude and not letting anyone merge over, I let 3 cars go in front of me. I actually had 2-3 cars (couldn't count all the horns) honk at me for being nice! Like i had broken some cardinal sin of not letting people merge. I am going to try it again today and see what happens. It felt good to be nice and it made me laugh to get honked at over something so ridiculous!
