do women cry more than men...or its just a a hype..exagerrated..??

I am a big softy and cry at the drop of a hat. My daughter is the same way. My husband got to laughing at me one night because I was reading a book in bed and at the end it was so sad I was really snubbing. He thought something was bad wrong until he found out the reason and then hooted laughing at me. I cry over sad movies too. I can be talking to somebody about something that touches me deeply and I'll tear up. I try not to use tears to take advantage of my husband, but I'll have to admit that I have done it in the past.
