Is there a solution to a one sided love?

Friends,These are only few question which i always hear from one of my officemate.
Is there any solution to a one sided love? If there is what should it be? How are you going to handle such thing?We will appreciate if you guys can share us your thoughts and experience.

If love is one sided, the person who loves needs to have self respect and end the relationship or else get busy so that they can try to fall out of love. There is no point continuing with one sided love because it hurts so much. You have to stop loving the other person or at least remove yourself from their life so you can try to find someone else that will love you back.

Yes there is one solution that comes into my mind for this and that is to let go. One sided love is hard and even harder if you try to hold on to it and try to win it. Love knows no reason or no season for its coming. Be content to love the person but don't obligate the person to love you back. Love cannot be forced on anyone it will come if it is meant to be if it isn't then you just have to accept that it is not for you then let go.
