Few people face a under weight problems.
when they too below to the normal expected weight,
they need to add many callories in their diet perticularly the food which has high fats and callories content.
This too is considered as a need of health when few face the u/weight problem in thier life.
After a lot of exercise .swimming and running they are supposed to take the food like pizzas, egg omlets, pork and so on....

pizza can be healthy go easy on the cheese, have it with vegetables, and make sure it is your only bread content for the day,
hamburgers, make them at home with no grease just pam and they are healthy again that is you total bread content and meat content for the day.

There are different ways to make pizza and burgers healthier, especially if you are cooking at home. You can use low-fat, low-sodium cheeses, low-fat meats, put more tomato sauce on the pizza. You can also substitute vegetables for meat.
As for burgers, using a lean meat or sirloin can lower the fat content.
If you are eating out, I'm afraid there's little you can do other than pick your restaurants carefully and only eat these foods once in a while.
