The 2007 World Figure Skating Championships are next week. The men take the ice for their short programs Wed. March 21. Who are you rooting for?

Swiss - Stephane Lambiel
France- Brian Joubert
Japan - Daisuke Takahashi, Nobunari Oda
Canada- Jeffrey Buttle, Emanuel Sandhu
USA - Evan Lysacek, Johnny Weir

I cant give you any names as I dont know any - sorry. I will be hoping of course that the one from Great Britain wins as that is where I am from.
I do like watching the ice skating but perfer the pairs.
I wish I could skate like they do.

I can barely keep up with ours much less other countries. lol! But the British ice dancers going to worlds are siblings Sinead and John Kerr. The pairs team of Stacey Kemp and David King. I think Jenna McCorkell was to be in ladies singles. And for the men, I see no entries. The only one I know of is John Hamar but did he retire? injured? I just don't know.
