do you barter with your significant other

Well I certainly hope you enjoyed your massage! As for me -well he would say I get my way my "nagging" as he likes to take the path of least resistance! I do admit that if I REALLY want somethng enough I'm like a dog with a bone, and don't stop mentioning it until I get it (LOL!). I am VERY nice to him though - honest:-))

Bartering .. compromise .. working together .. just different words for getting along fine together ... When I was married and again when I was engaged (after the divorce iyswim) .. we used to use 'treats tokens' .. basically the treat token can be anything you like .. such a massage or the crunble .. then you swap 'treats' until you've spent your tokens .. We did it on a monthly basis .. so you could either have all your treats together or spread them out throughout the month .. And also on Friday nights once a month we would each dream up a theme for the night (so every other Friday was a theme night, one time my turn and one time his turn) .. we would find suitable music to match the theme ... cook foods in the style of the country the theme was based in .. and would 'dress up' too ... One of my best theme nights was to make an 'outdoor summer picnic' in the middle of winter .. I got a big green cloth .. made loads of picnic foods .. found a programme about the countryside which I played throughout the picnic ... it was great ... it's really good fun and as you are both the surpriser and the surprised once a month it's a real treat for everyone ..

Surely , highly corporate world , give n take most of the time.LOL. moreover its a very easy way to make your things done, but my sis prefer to use another weapon, she cry out loud and every wish is granted, wish i could do the same,LOL.
