Have you ever been bully at when you are kid

It was annoyining when i was bullyed by my own elder brother. But i could not do anything until i was teenager. I fourth back but it was no use because he always find a way to order me around even up till now he does but it is minimal. Is there anybody that have experience the same, and what was the solution?
