Heres a Twist what would you do?

Ok I had the name picked for joshua However my Ex husband had remarried to a young lady named (Stacey) and well my name is stacy too ...She is expecting a baby in Jun and its a Boy they had the 2 names Ben or Josh but was going to use the ben... I had wanted Josh since Mike and I had our 1st son together but never went with it becuase its not one of his fav. Now that we used a lot of boy names when I had found out we were expecting I said JOSH. Anyhow she has found out that I now what the name josh and now she does too. I am wondering what would you do if you were me

I don't know if reverse psycology would work or not. You could try coming up with another name and telling them and try to get her liking that name so then maybe she wont take josh from you. I think that your husband should step in and tell her no since that was a name that you two had picked out together when you were with him.

Whoever has their baby first can just do what they feel is right.
If you want the name Joshua, then pick the name Joshua. If it really bugs you, then find another name to use because if you have a bad feeling about the whole name thing, then I would go with that and maybe find another name.
So, are you both having babies by the same man or what? You said he was remarried, so I'm confused here. If you are not pregnant by your ex, then it shouldn't matter what you choose.

I do believe that it is up to your ex husband to settle this but I don't think he should tell her it's because that's the name you chose when you were with him. That might cause more problems. If it really comes down to it...I would just pick a different name.
