How can i restart my Computer??

when i used system mechanic 4 in my pc i incountered 1 problem.. After applying setup when once again a started my Pc
my Operating system failed to open. i tried several times. what can i do , so that my That operating system will work?? come from this

I think your system files must be corrupted and so i feel that if u have a boot cd to format your hard drive and then re install your operating system, then your system would be fine and use system mechanics since sometimes it may delete a system file without your knowledge and so you may have to reinstall the software again.
