Can anyone tell me what it cost to fly to Africa and What is the best airline to use? I searching for a most feasable way to get to Africa to set up our Cyber Cafe ie... Telecentre. I heard that British Airways was feasable; but when searching they seem to be very expensive.

I found some information on this topic for you: There aren't many airlines that book flights to Africa so the seats fill up pretty quickly, it is best to book two months in advance. You should expect to pay $1200-1400 US. If you can see if you can get a flight to Europe and then into Africa, especially if you go in the off season (November-March) because it is cheaper. Also flying on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are cheaper. Use Cheaptickets.com is get to use or Flight Centre UK. Flying into South Africa, Shana, Ethipia, Kenya, Morocco and Egypt are cheapest.

My son went in February or March. I don't know what airline he used, but I would search it out.

I live in the western US so my searches may be a little higher since you generally leave from one of the NYC area airports or Atlanta or D.C. The best flights for me are on British Airways or Virgin Atlantic out of LAX or BA out of DEN. Of course you could also fly BA and VA out Chicago, NY, etc. They both connect through London and then on to JoBurg or Nairobi. Airfare last I checked was roughly US$1800 return. If you are close to NYC, you could get a fare around 3-400 less. I am sure there are lot of other flights on other airlines and to other destinations in Africa. I am looking to enter in Kenya and depart from South Africa if I get to put together one of my dream journeys.
