At present the society is not caring the customs and as well as relations properly,So this may tend to a severe conditions.The terms like not doing the festivals in truthful manner just giving money thinking thats enough.They are also not giving respect to subordinates.If he get nice job than his senior then they behave what else they want and doesn't care about the age. By this the generation will develop but it will be useless.
