What's your view in regard to Indians in US??

Every person might have some opinion seeing some Indians who reside in US. What is your view in regard to Indians?

Hi Swetha,
its really good to see the Indian when we stay aboard from our own Land as we miss the family, friends etc...
when we see a person who is from our own country its a pleasure to talk to them and be with them and have a nice time .

I'm not sure what you mean about what is our view in regard to Indians. Indians lived here long before any of the rest of us arrived, so, in a sense, it should still be their country. I feel badly about how many of them were treated and how their land was taken from them. One of my great-grandmothers was part Cherokee so I have read the story of the trail of tears many times telling about how the Cherokees were forced from their homes and relocated many miles away.
I am happy to see that many Indian tribes have managed to keep their culture alive so that their children understand their roots.
