What you need to do was try to get more chances for you to communicate in english and you could do better and better for time to come.

what's your mother tongue? my mother tongue is telugu. i can speak telugu,kannada properly. english and hindi not properly.

So thats not neccessary. If you don't know properly your mother tongue you may have to feel. Other-wise just keep on option.
