Does anyone suffer from severe chronic canker sores? Have you found something that works to get rid of them....hopefully forever?
For 4 years now I've been suffering from canker sores. Sometimes i have 1 very large one, sometimes I've got 5. I've talked to doctors, dentist, searched the web, but nothing has worked yet. The last thing i've started trying is Vitamin B12. It's been less than a week since my last one, which is the longest I've gone for awhile. We'll see.
Any ideas would be more than appreciated.

I've never had the problem but I have blood test provable complete B12 deficiency. At my worts, without the shots or 1000 mcg daily, I didn't have cankedr sores. This is what familydoctor.com has to say on the subject: "Anyone can get canker sores, but women people in their teens and 20s get them more often. Canker sores may run in families, but they aren't contagious. Doctors don't know what causes canker sores, but they may be triggered by stress, poor nutrition, food allergies and menstrual periods."
Good luck!
