Managing HED in the hotter months

I am wondering what others out there do to manage the hotter summer months when they have HED. I have a 3 year old boy that has HED and does not sweat. He wants so badly to be outside and swim and run - but there are days when he just steps outside of the garage and sais that it is too hot.....
