Going off to dreamland now - I hope!!! Think I'll leave you with this one tonight!
SMILE
Wheras depressive moods can negatively affect the flow of blood in the brain, smiling people produce anti-stress hormones which are an ingredient of calm.
Out you go people and smile the world calmer ....
Good night God Bless xx

Glad you had a good nights sleep, i had a late night because i sat up making a mothers day card for my mum, but then i was allowed to lay in till 12:30 this afternoon.....heaven!
What are your plans for today? Are you in the UK?
How do i add you to my friend list? I have never done that before.

I bet you are a smily person! I have a young smily friend doing voluntary work in Africa and when they were in Ghana she was told not to smile at men cos they would think she wanted to marry them! She tried really hard but I think she had 6 marriage proposals at last count lol .....

I am a happy person, except when I'm not. I get stressed out a lot at work these days, trying to do too many things at the one time, may consider taking early retirement soon, and then will change to different type of stress.
Was once described as the 'nice wee man that is always smiling', unfortunately that wasn't yesterday.

Yes I would enjoy retirement, as I've got lots I can do, including spending more time on Mylot. I would actually consider a part time job as well, ideally Tuesday to Thursday, 10 am to 4 pm, and some IT involvement.
Even so, I've been off work most of this year, either on holiday, at meetings, courses or 'On-Call' which gets me two days off during the week, although I get called out in the middle of the night, these days it can be most of the night unfortunately.

Did you know that on call and disturbed nights causes more stress and headaches than most other things??? I know cos of a family members history! They changed to constant days and it made a HUGE difference! I also know that it is easier said than done! Hope you do well no matter what you decide eskimo! Let me know how you're doing!

Stress is an awful thing isn't it?!? I imagine you as a lovely hepful (not sure about the wee!) man who is very smiley! Do you think you would enjoy early retirement? if you do then you should go for it, mind you I know a few people who have tried it and decided soon after that they had to go back to work.......

I'm sure your husband will sense it sweety! Thank you so much for the encouragement with the thought for the day thing - I've been wondering whether to continue or not! Now though I won't stop (apart from when I'm in hospital next month) until the day you tell me you don't want to read it anymore!!!!Thank you dana for being so supportive and sweet! xxx

Goodnight although you are probably wakeing up very soon, yes you are right negatively thinking can put us in a bad mood and will affect the flow of blood to our brain, smile once in a while it will not break your face, and you will find that when you think positively you will feel a lot better and be happier and then your day cna flow along with hope and positiveness. Goodnight and God Bless you also xx
