what do u think about person that can't speak english

They are still a human just as much as a person that can speak English.

I think if you live in a country that you need to learn the language of that country. If I lived in Japan I would learn the language so that I could communicate with the people and be able to talk to doctors in case of emergency. I feel if you are living in the US and you are making money off the American people than you should take the time to learn how to speack english. I live in the US and have had to go to the hospital and could not get the doctor on duty to understand what my problem was. This can cause serious problems. No one is saying you can't have your own customes because you can just be a little considerate of the people in the place you choose to live and make a living.

Some People learn to speak english others are native speaker while lots of people dont know about english so we judge them and say something not good to them, because people has different culture, languages and knowledge so just leave them or help them to understand what are english. for me learning different languages is a quest.

I feel that a person who is not able to speak english is probably due to not having the ability to go to school to learn how to speak english or be tutored in it. There are also probably people that do not want to learn to speak the english language as they are more comfortable with their own language and may find learning a new language to be difficult. A person does not have to speak english to be beatuiful as I am sure man non-english speaking people are just as wonderful as anyone else. They are very intelligent people and are just as loving and caring as anyone else.

They have beautiful mind but if he expresses it in his language, how do we understand him. a common lanuage is required and that is english. It is easy to learn english, than other languages. It is useful to communicate globally.

I do not care if someone cannot speak English. If they are not born to it, and do not need it, why bother to learn it. If they need it for business or something, I think they are like all of the other people and will learn at their own speed. The world is better because of all of our differences, and diversity.

There is nothing wrong with people who cannot speak English. At least a lot of people try to speak the lanugage, whereas the English speaking person (myself included) does not try to learn another language.

yes people do have their cultures and only speak their own language but in todays world it would help them alot to learn English for they couldnt talk here with us if they dont own Culture is good but to comunicate it takes all kind of english even if it is broken english dont you agree?

I wouldn't think any differently about them. I can't speak any language other than my native English myself.

i think if you are in the usa and don't speak engish you could take some classes, just as if i lived out of my country-i would do the same. I do although love to hear the different languages, and would love to speak french. i could just kick myself for not taking that in school when i had the chance!

Actually I could not imagine thousands of japaneses people (for example) having low technology just because they do not care to speak English... I know lots of people who speaks 3 or more languages, but no English at all, just because they do not like it. Even more, as a not English native speaker I am feeling in some way insulted by your post.
