What did you eat today?

Meal by meal, what did you eat? I ate really bad today and had no real meals, all junk all day except grapefruit for breakfast. We were snowed in and bored and then I made chili before rememebering that it's a Friday during Lent so I can't eat it. So what did you eat today?

For breakfast I had cinnamon grahams followed by vegemite on toast and an orange and a glass of water, Lunch was a salad wrap (well 2 of them) and dinner was Sui hon chicken ( chicken done in onions, chili and garlic) with boiled rice and a glass of milk. And then I had upside down pear and ginger cake. I ate a lot today as I was home all day and bored so I did a lot of cooking and baking and the smells got me Lol.

I just toasted garlic bread for breakfast, for lunch it was something that I brought from Pizza hut, one veggie pizza, too tired and no patience to cook so just ordered it.

for the most part i eat almost the same thing ever day. i have yorgut in the morning, then a salad with grilled chicken, carrots, broccili, swiss cheese, and chick peas every day, then for dinner i will something different every nite. it depends on what my family wants. my breakfast and lunch is always the same but my dinners are different

I had oatmeal with hemphearts and homemade apple sauce for breakfast. Snacked on some grapes and a banana. BLT sanwich with a glass of milk for lunch. Snacked on some chocolate cake with another glass of milk. Then for supper we had roast chicken with mashed potatoes and veggies. Had rhubarb custard pie for desert and I just had an almondbutter and honey sandwich.

Yesterday wasn't too bad, but I did eat too many snacky foods. Today I've started off with a big bowl of shredded wheat -- that's a really tummy filler-upper.
Sometimes I try to eat some good food that will also make me feel very full to prevent hunger pain snacking during the day. Doesn't always work though ~ haha

Today I had fruit (banana, apple), smoothie, water and more water. Then at about 2:30pm I ate hotdogs, chips, and some coffee. I'm good for now until tomorrow. I enjoyed what I ate today. Today was my free day. LOL! I'm going to get back on my healthy kick tomorrow.
