Ive been having a little trouble though with my PC. all of my specs are way over the recommended but the game still runs slow even if i turn down all of my graphics. does anyone have any suggestions on how to optimise my system?
Also i am always looking for a new server to play on i Prefer Roleplay based and i mean hardcore. i love the game and im a huge RPG enthusiast.

I'm enjoying NWN2 by playing through the campaign on co-op with some friends online. The game is fairly buggy and seems to take way too powerful a system for how poor it looks (in my opinion). The gameplay if fun though, and that's what counts. As for improving performance, I just found out recently that NWN2 runs in vsync automatically without a normal option to disable it. Check out this site for more info: http://www.tweakguides.com/NWN2_9.html
Basically, you just disable vsyncing in your video card settings. Hope this helps you a bit, I did see some increased performance.

Hmmmm. I Tried dissableing the v-sync but my monitor shows tears, which is really just more annoying than anything. Iwill on the other hand try the triple buffering. Thanks for the great advice. you've been really helpful. If you have any more sites such as this with gaming tidbits I'd love to hear of them.

Well, I know TweakGuides.com has guides for plenty of other games. I've also found that the offical forums for a given game (if they have them that is) normally have some good tips on improving performance/solving performance issues. I'm glad I could help.

I think it's an Nvidia Geforce 6150 LE. I'm not exactly sure what any of that means. But let me know if its not enough to support the game, because ive had no trouble with any other game ive played so far. I really need help here its driving me insane not being able to play right now.

My Specs are as follows.
AMD athlon 3800+ (2.4 GHZ) processor
over 1 gig ram
225 gig hard drive
Nvidia graphics card
I'm not exactly sure what the problem is my system should be able to handle the graphics. i just don't know how to focus all of the memory to one program or maybe i have too much running in the backround. I dont know. Maybe its just me. If you know of any new servers coming out id love to try them. right now im waiting to get into the frontier.
