Where have all the Butterflies gone to ???? Do you remember growing up and there would be butterflies everywhere. You look outside now and you might be lucky to see one once in a blue moon. And its more than likely a dull moth. They used to be so bright and colourful.

yes it is a pity that there are fewer butterflies now probably because our cities are becoming jungles of concrete rather and the parks with beautiful flowers are decreasing in number. But when went to the country side I saw many flowers and of course butterflies.

We still have plenty of butterflies where we live, especially near our flower bed. I'm guessing in the cities and concrete jungles there's be less but in the country side and where there is more foliage I still see plenty.

I have a few butterflies in our yard around the flowers every now and then. Not long ago I was reading a book about butterflies to my 5 year old son and it said that certain speceis of butterflies are starting to become extinct. Some people collect butterflies and every year schools purchase butterfly kits from companies to teach their students about the life cycle of the butterfly.

Yes, butterflies are becoming lesser and lesser in number. Perhaps because of the decreasing plants and trees around us and flowering plants too and I think it's also because of the weather and temperature. It's becoming hotter.
