would you give to the beggar in the street?

if you see a poor beggar in the street,would you give him the money ? if you do ,do you know that some of them are phony? and even some of them are controlled by somebady,especially young beggars ,the beggars are only a tool of making money of who controll them.i have not ever give money to beggar,i am afraid the money i give them would finally inflow the pocket of who controll them,and this would further the crime indirectly.

Sometime I gave money to beggar, but not the healthy one.
I gave the money to the handicapped ones. I think if we give to the healthy one they will have "beggar mindset" (why should I work if I can beg).

Yes,some of the beggars are all installed,people who will not look carefully.

I started giving when I was a child, because I was raised to do so. I remember as a teenager, I was working at Ralphs Grocery and I passed by a homeless woman everyday. Every time I passed by on my way to and from work, I would say hi and she would say hi back.
Then one day I gave her a dollar and from then on she never spoke to me again. It was very strange and it kind of hurt my feelings, but I did not let that stop me from giving.
As a Christian, I don't believe that giving should put us in a position to judge others. The Bible says that the Lord loves a cheerful giver. If someone looks to be in need, I am not going to try to figure out what they are going to use it for. That is none of my business.
I don't even care whether or not the person says thank you. Once the money is in the other persons hand, it is no longer my concern. God says that if I give I will be blessed. So my reward will come from that person.
I am aware that some beggars are millionaires. I want to be obedient to my Heavenly Father and that's that.

Some of the news thar there are times thar the benefit to the fraudster taking advantage of people's sympathy to swindle money to beggars.It must be cautious about personal feelings,not to sell too much of the money to beggars,to avoid being taken.Even cheated the loss will not be too great.

one guy says I need $10 for a bag of weed, I respect honesty so he might get $1

I don't support any single beggars on the street. Even if anybody on mylot want to donate any amount I can give my paypal account please shift amount in it :) . Yes beggars in 20th century doesn't deserve a single penny. Even if I find a beggar who deserves something I would love to give him food or just offer him a cup of tea from any near by tea-stall. Yes giving money to beggars doesn't only spoil their life but country's future too.
