do your children have jealousy issues?

our daughter was just born 3/13/07 and we have a 14 month old son who is as jealous as can be. i know that he doesn't quite get what is going on, but at the same time i wonder will this jealousy ever go away or will he always have resentment toward his sister or my husband and I? please share if you have had a similar situation and what u did to help your child(ren) to understand they weren't replaced.
