I am a stay at home mom of two and I made the decision to leave my job of a Kindergarten teacher to stay home and take care of my children. We go paycheck to paycheck and don't have a lot of extra money. I am wondering what other parents are doing and if you think that staying at home is better than working and sending your kids to daycare?

It is difficult to say which is best.
I think that stay at home moms should send their kids out to a daycare at least twice a week, or have at least 2 days per week when they have time to work a little online or write or to use whatever skills they have, without the kids around interrupting. It helps you stay sane while you are not in the workplace, and can develope into a nice home based business for when the kids are in school.
With a home based business you would have a bit more control over your time and someone would be home when the kids get out of school!
