Hey GUys anyone of you who has the same PROBLEM as i do? I have an office mate who's cubicle is just beside me. When we are working she'd squeal, laugh and talk loud like as if there's no one beside her who would be disturbed. As a man i wouldn't think of hurting her feelings. How can i tell her that her loud voice is a problem already and that i am not the only one affected but some nearby cubicles too without her getting offended. Hey i don't want an enemy in my office you know. Lol

Just tell her. If the case is tough for you to say it simply to her with a dash of smile, talk to her friend about it so that she'll be the one to tell it to her.
I don't think she will be offended. Working in an office requires maturity and discipline. She'll understand.

I had this problem and first i told to someone else in front of her and let her involve in the discussions and make her understand that the person loud voice disturbe. than after some day I just knocked her that I do not have any problem to anyoen but if people don't talk loud then it would be easier to concetrate to others.
She understood even we all laugh, talk but in our limitations. so no body could get disturb.
