Why can't big names like google, yahoo, microsoft start a pay back system

Often I wonder why can't Big names like google, yahoo, microsoft etc start a pay back system to grateful customers/users (a la mylot)? will this eat away the massive wealth they already have? Or can this spread their business to newer frontier (if there is any new frontier left at all)...what do you have to say about this?

Websites like MyLot do this to gain popularity But big names like the ones you have mentioned dont need popularity. They are already on Cloud 9 on the popularity scale. But, still if they do start something like this they are sure to earn a hell lot of profit.
