I dont understand the fights that occur in families for properties, some go to any extent to fight with their siblings just for a piece of land which is something that is not worth the relationship they share, but they fight they even go to court until they can lay claim to the properties, the bible clearly says dont set your heart of these worldly things that will surly pass away but set your heart upon the kingdom of God.
Even if an injustice has been done to you that is what rightfully belongs to you ahs been given to another brother or sister will you fight for it, or let it go

For me, fighting for family properties is useless if you don't have the necessary documents that will prove your ownership. It happens a lot of times most especially on lots and houses, it is best if the person who will be bequeathing his property would leave a testament so that the family members left by the person who passed away don't argue much about the custody of the property.

If I have the rightful claim then I would fight for it. I won't let anybody, just anybody to take away what's mine. Would you willingly give your car away if a robber ask for it? I think what is undesirable with conflicts involving real estate properties is that it tends to lead to violence.
