No it is not safe. A woman can release an egg at any time. Even during her period. It is a risk not worth taking unless you are prepared for a possible pregnancy.

Really? hmm I feel sorry for what I've done. If something gonna happen it will all be my fault. I'll just hope she will not get pregnant.

Yes it is very much safe to climax inside soon after finishing her period. But is safe only for four days only. During this time you can fill as much as possible inside and enjoy to your best.
